For 25 years Paul has led software development teams to deliver amazing products and digital platforms, in a variety of challenging contexts.
He started Point One with a mission to improve diversity and inclusion outcomes in the tech industry. He wants to disrupt the status-quo in recruitment by putting this mission ahead of profit.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Paul understands what it feels like to experience discrimination and hate. He also has an acute and humbling awareness of the privileges afforded to white men in our industry.
With Point One, Paul is leveraging his privilege and expertise in tech to set a new standard in tech recruitment. He looks forward to being held accountable to the Advisory Board to stay true to our mission: to improve diversity and inclusion outcomes in tech!
